Or just add what you want to this basic muffin recipe – raspberry and fig is an awesome grown up version 3 cups spelt flour 2 tsp aluminum free baking powder 1/2 cup coconut sugar 2 tbs ground flaxseed 1/2 olive oil 3/4 cup rice milk 1 cup of 100% dark choc chunks/chips Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Grease or line muffin tins. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients. Then mix these together and add in the chocolate. Spoon the mix into the muffins tins, 1/2 way up. And cook for around 20 to 25 minutes.
